Cost of accounting services
The cost of accounting services depends on the number of operations (transactions) per month and the number of employees. By a transaction, we mean any operation recorded by accounting: an issued or received invoice, a bank payment, cash transactions, contracts, and other documents that reflect the company's business activity.
We want our clients to always clearly understand what they are paying for. All rates are transparent and justified, with no hidden fees. You can always get a detailed explanation of how the service price is formed and how transactions are counted in your case.
How we set our rates
Companies must keep accounting in accordance with the law: there are clear standards, regulations, and rules that must be followed. For our clients, we offer several convenient cooperation options:
1. Service packages
We offer ready-made service packages for S.R.O. You can choose one of the package plans described on our website: Service packages.
2. Individual plan
For large or specialized companies, we prepare a personalized price offer tailored to your business needs. To do this, we need to know the number of employees, the volume of documents, and other activity details. This approach helps you plan your budget optimally and get exactly the services your company needs without unnecessary costs.
3. Pay per service
This option is suitable for restoring accounting for past months or for the first month of system setup. Later, you can switch to a package plan. At the start of cooperation, a pay-per-service model is possible: in this case, we invoice each provided service according to the price list above.
The minimum monthly invoice is:
- 2,500 CZK for a non-VAT payer
- 3,500 CZK for a VAT payer
